It’s unfair to say that comparisons to PLS are unfair haha. For starters the lithium industry is small and there are only so many companies you can compare too. Regardless of jurisdiction when it comes to becoming a producer, what matters above all is how much money does your company make. Why did PLS’s share price rise from 15c to over $4? It went from losing money to making a lot of money.
When AVZ transitions to a producer it will make a lot of $ like PLS and jurisdiction discounts will reduce a lot. How much money will AVZ make compared to PLS? Probably best waiting for the BFS before plucking numbers. In general AVZ is looking at 3x the production volume of PLS. There are so many other factors although I would say even with 66% ownership its realistic that AVZ will have a higher market cap than PLS in production which makes it a great comparison.
Today PLS has a market cap of $13B, AVZ $2.75B
The higher PLS and producers go the more I cheer
