It's not something I'd ignore if I was an Australian miner. If built into legislation is even the potential for land reclamation (or similar), fringe ideas (you refered to as the gender rant) have a habit of very quickly becoming maintstream ideas in the progressive sphere currently.
Imagine the collision of a mining super tax + "you're a bigot coloniser" of modern progressivism" + the rise of the greens + socialism being subscribed to more than it ever has in the west + an Aboriginal voice in parliment.
If the above equation unfolds, I'd say Australian sovereign risk is certainly not equal to Africa, but might no longer be zero.
