Offering a few points of food for thought (not contesting or battling against anything/anyone):

-There was a video accompanying the information that Momentum put out on twitter, with the board of people investigating. (unsure where this is now)
-If it was fake or false news, AVZ would have requested it be removed. (not in their favour to have false positive or negative news)
-The information and case was relating to Dathcom, not AVZ.
-AVZ being in an arbitration case, likely couldn't notify or post about an outcome, that wasn't directly about them and that formed part of the arbitration.
-From the discussions at the time, Zijin/Cheng were going to try to do "the right thing" and make a revised offer.
-Seems like an exceptionally elaborate set up for it all to be fake: (especially considering Christian has spoken on behalf of AVZ a number of times)

-Also Christian probably wouldnt be a fan of fake news and websites and twitters in his name/firm (and would have requested removal)

-As others have mentioned here, even if there has been an alternate ruling in the middle, we can't not turn up to arbitration.
-The Momentum post was regarding Cominiere and Zinjin/Cheng, not AVZ.
-The arbitration was for AVZ specifically.
-If you don't turn up to arbitration, the other side can more or less get/request whatever they want. (goes both ways)
-AVZ might be requesting compensation or something else at the arbitration (we wont know until it is attended and announced)

-If there is some sense, and the Arbitration is cancelled by both parties, we will find out in due course.
-Otherwise, both parties will attend, and receive whatever recommendation the Judge suggests.
