Do you think this advisor is a single operator, a Lone Ranger so to say caught with both hands in the cookie jar, or is this incident indicative of an endemic disease, which has to be cured before any serious business can be conducted with confidence above board?

Do you think, if this highlighted issue continues, that people in future are prepared to invest in high risk exploration in the DRC (the possibility of discovering a dud is greater than discovering a winner), if at the end of the day a large discovery will partly disappear in the deep pockets of the criminal elements of the DRC upper class and the rest transferred to Chinese thugs?

Do you think FT will deal with this swiftly, or continue to give lip service and sit on his hands, business as usual?

Do you think that the highlighted issue is not only an embarrassment for FT, but for the entire population of the DRC?

Do you think if this highlighted issue is condoned, without repercussion, that any financial institution, ie the IMF, the African Development Fund, the EU, or the USA will send any money to the DRC?

Do you think that this highlighted event is a sound endorsement for FT's future presidential ambitions?


If I was FT, I would make the clown a highlight of this coming council of minister's meeting and hang him out to dry in such a way nobody would attempt anything like this again, otherwise FT might as well pack his bags right now.
