He did state recently that he had a lengthy phone call with a contact in the DRC and was 'More excited than ever' about the project. I take that at face value from a man who paid his own way to stand on top of the largest pile of lithium on the planet.

But him making a meme about AVZ/RIO is clearly a bit of a laugh to pass the time. He has enough respect for management that if he knew we were entering into a JV with 200b MC RIO BLOODY TINTO he would keep his trap shut until management makes an announcement!
