A take over would be pure speculation from the information in that announcement. However if I was interested in buying AVZ, or at least making an offer, it would be when they have the mining license, ownership %’s clarified, and before anything went to CATL, as the CATH deal is not finalised yet. Imo.
AVZ certainly has a big take over target on its back but it would have to be an attractive offer having come this far while holding arguably the best lithium resource on the planet. Mining also as likely. We’ll soon see
