not immediately but yes, AVZ is worth more than PLS closer to production.
We are talking about a funded shovel ready mine here, thats 75% valuation with the mining license and other political uncertainties taken out
So how does AVZ look with a funded ready to construct mine producing in 2023 (bit optimistic)

Better grade and bigger resource than PLS, PLUS tin credits...
AVZ is a bigger company in 2-3 years... At 2.7b and .78 thats 11b and $3.25 once the dust settles against PLS valuation (i.e. 75% of PLS even though AVZ is bigger but discounted given its not in production)
Now add special economic zones, premiums for US supply , more resource upside and we are talking ALB / SQM terrotority (i.e. 30b)
Add to that a rotation out of the big players into the mid and we see a faster uptake to $3.25. I know i am rotating out of PLS and AKE and i expect alot of folk are looking for higher rewards now
takeover at $2 - no way - Open at $2 - Sure.. Takeover much much higher if ever.. nigel has 50m reasons not to accept a takeover
