Apologies. What I should have said was: the two largest shareholders are Chinese. We are also presumably going ahead with a deal to sell 24% of the mine to the Chinese.
So for me that’s a pretty large elephant in the room, if we are to believe that the DRC is going to go full on anti China.

It’s great to call them out for the way they’ve been operating in the DRC, but if they truly crack down on Chinese ownership then our path forward has become a lot more complex.

Hence my comment wanting everyone to play by the book. Give DRC their fair share of ownership, fair share of taxes and let’s starts building roads.
