1) "As always will post the reply here." .. you probably need permission to print a reply as written .. my understanding is that posters tend to provide a summary of a company reply ..

IMHO, you would be better served reading the views of some of the more esteemed posters, like PASBOZ, Roller62, Sf120, Hedrox & qball etc, and develop some patience .. your email to the AVZ team is an embarrassment .. really ..
