True enough - im sure its just a blip on his horizon. And i totally agree also regarding that would be how to assert any influence over the process. We havent really seen any cleanup though despite those claims that MoP was on the way out, or the promised high level restructuring. Though does seem he is doing so in other areas of government at present, among portfolio sub branches for instance. I wonder whether political understandings between FT and Lukonde prevent any removal of key players that the PM appoints or oversees.
