I have been pondering why NF would say at the Perth roadshow to a select few he is 'expecting' the ML on the 15th of Nov. A very careful choice of words given you can be 'expecting' anything giving plausible deniability when it doesn't come to pass.

If I was being a cynic I would think this was to placate larger shareholders that we are almost at the finish line before the AGM, but that wouldn't make sense as this date came and passed before that would matter.

I think everything is signed sealed and good to go on the DRC end, just waiting on a few things to pass (removal of corrupt officials in CAMI) which has been like pulling teeth.

I wonder if anybody who was at the Perth RS could give some more context as to the question and answer that caused NF to give this date in question. It seems such an odd decision to not provide any dates for the past 7 months and then give one to a select few unless you were very confident.
