Totally concur, i think calls to remove/replace the AVZ management at this critical juncture are ridiculous. Getting a new crew in without the deep built up knowledge theyve gained theough adversity isnt going to wave a magic wand. It would totally set us back.

However I am also of the opinion that they are likely not the right BOD to take this thing all the way through to development. Get through this turbulence, get our licences and deals in place, appoint an EPC contractor then perhaps step back to allow an experienced mine-construction and operational team to take the helm. Stay on ideally, to retain the connections and situational awareness, but let those with more direct and relevant experience perhaps run the game.
