How can anyone think AVZ's 60% is in dispute

Baffles me how there is even an opinion in favour of suggesting AVZ is not in the clear on their current ownership

the 15% is what the ICC is about and this is solely the decision of Comminere. The fact that Comminere execs are put in jail. this IGF report is out tells us all what happened to Zinjins 15% - its null and void.

Nevertheless, I repeat - there is no issue in the 60% we currently own. IGF referencing our studies, our ownership tells you there is no doubt in the DRC.
