If this is true (I don't personally believe it is) it proves that a positive outcome is in the near future for AVZ. If they believe that AVZ will not come out on top with all the proceedings, why would they want to purchase the shares for a premium? They would offer them half or a quarter of what they were halted at. Just another ploy (again IF true) to get shares of AVZ at a bargain price before it heads to the moon after re-opening. Just my opinion.
