In their release, they ask you for a transfer of your shares and the payment to occur when they already received your shares.
Isn‘t a deal like that usually struck with an intermediary, to make sure that both parties get their compensation/shares?!
Personally, I wouldn‘t transfer my shares without seeing the money in a trust account first. Where is the guarantee that you will get your money?
