If you are short on this stock then you have to cover your pos. you have to buy shares ... deeland is buying and seems not having an open pos. I guess with regards to their strategy. I think deeland bid is a reference for others (as limited to Germany, Suisse and Austria) in case of cover their open pos. but will be interesting to see who is selling shares with quantity that high. Meaningful drop in short pos. while no NR out there and still in voluntary suspension but a lot topics to deal with behind the scene.
