Its actually a climb down.
The original estimate was 1 Billion plus tonnes at average 1.5%. Now, its only a "potential" to go to 1 Billion plus tonnes.
Furthermore, the estimate is now 300-400 M tonnes at 1.5% to 1.6%, which is about 25% of the original estimate of 1 Billion plus tonnes at average of 1.5%.
