So, you really believe.

1. There is no linkage between the granting of the ML and the Chinese actions both through the courts and outside of the courts
2. That based on their history in Africa the Chinese will simply pursue the court action and not use any other methods of coercion etc to affect their desired outcomes.
3. That this is all managements fault, and that the DRC government has no responsibility for failing to award as per the timelines.
4. That the action on the northern exploration permit is not linked to the ML hold up.

From where you stand right know, I assume that you will never again invest in a company doing business in Africa and will sell all of your AVZ share when it relists no matter the outcome of the ML as you obviously do not have an appreciation or appetite for the risks of investing in Africa.

Have a great day, try not to worry so much about things that you cannot affect change on, it's bad for your stress levels and general health and at the end of the day our health is what is most important.
