Whilst we have received the notice that proceedings are about to begin relating to MMCS claim against La Cominiere over the tenements now under AVZ control (for the second time), it seems that "African Time" is once again in play. This report alludes to a theory where by the DRC Govt has not even provided logistical arrangements in getting the actual legal team to Paris to attend the International Court of Arbitration, to which could result in a ruling in favour of MMCS..... circa $1B is suggested as judgement.
