I think it's too early to absolve management of any responsibility. It's not unreasonable to say that management should have seen some of this coming. On the flip side no one was forced to buy the DRC based business.Did SH beleive the "new style of govt" promised?

So to ask for the poor management examples when all we do know for a fact is that the company is in TH is laughable. Facts are a company in long term TH is not a great situation.

You dont know what has occured in the DRC. It MAY for example come out that AVZ has not disclosed all it should or it might be in the clear. The fact it's in TH says 'something' isnt right.

And anyone garnering their company info, direction and reading into that off Twitter is frankly not serious. Twitter is a poo pit.
