Compared to Pilbara even a 36% stake as boatman mentioned is worth little more than 2 AUD. So a 60% stake will be something around 3 AUD. Taking in account AVZ is a far bigger resource with better quality the lower price for a takeover should be around 3 AUD. I think most LTH will take a 3 AUD offer.
