I know one thing about this article from KP Kongo Press, nobody proof reads what they type up. The very first sentence of the article reads "The Ministry of Mines, on February 28, 2023 revokes the exploitation permit to DATHCOM," I must have been abducted by aliens and lost all memory/time from the past 12 days because the date printed is 12 days from now. I am joking here because obviously it is a typo, but, don't they have editors/people that are supposed to check stuff before it is printed?
