    China already has a seat at the table, CATH to buy 24% bringing their experience to the table for a price fair (by 2019 standards)

    Zijin tried to illegally buy for a joke of a price and being nothing to the table. Nobody has an issue with the Chinese being involved especially given they will be a major end buyer, but you can’t launch a world class project with corruption.
