    below is the link and a screenshot of an article i've just found (dated 24-03-2023) taken from a hong kong based (i think) website.

    the screenshot shows only the heading of that article and the first sentence that talks about granting of mining licence to dathcom.

    i'm not posting a screenshot of the entire article intentionally as i don't know if that website is credible and worth our attention.

    anyway, make of it what you will....
