I'm still worried about selling the 24% to CATH before we have signed, sealed, & delivered all parcels, licenses, rights, and etc. I just worry about the back room deals that the Chinese & DRC could do to get themselves to be the 51% ownership/control of the project. Call me a conspiracy theorist or negative Nancy if you like. By the way, I think the deal with CATH now needs to be amended based on the new drill results.
I don't know the laws in the DRC, but, maybe they could benefit their country/people by keeping 15% instead of 10%. Then allow AVZ to buy the additional 10% as per first rights. Just throwing ideas out there. Is it really worth the DRC government losing millions of dollars waiting to get things operational? The government could nip this whole issue in the bud if they really wanted. They must have an agenda we do not know of yet. Just my thoughts. GLTAH.
