they have crapped on about good legal title to 75% in most of the recent Ann's but not now and the wording suggests this is heading for all or nothing. when u have embassies involved u know this isn't going well, plus the yanks are touring Africa again atm, this is now shaping up as a major strategic move by the west vs China imo.
