DG of comminiere stating publicly they want to take financial control of the project.

That comminiere lacked the professional expertise and finances to define and mine the asset since 2010.

That investment from AVZ was required to progress the project , but now they want control because avz is a foriegn company.

Repeatidly dodged being asked about the 33 million sale and what happened to the proceeds.

Ridiculed AVZ for partnering with CATH selling off 24% to the chinese in defence of the 33 million sale. (I jon the other hand jumped for joy when cath signed the mou with avz, A company with the expertise to guide the chemical refining of lithium, was perfectly happy selling 24% for the value and derisking this added.)

States AVZ does not the finances or expertise to develop the mine

I am genuninely curious if the dg of cominiere believes what he is saying (completely irrational reasoning NEVER surprises me) or is he just horribly corrupt.
