They need the experience of the Chinese to get the mine up and running. I have no confidence in our BOD getting it done they have rarely met timelines, struggle to get ANNS out on time or even proof read. As big a pricks that they are the Chinese will get the infrastructure up and running way quicker than Avz going it alone and the SP would no doubt flourish as a result.
