Fair enough i don't disagree with you about fighting all the way.
But if given no other option its better to cut a deal to save shareholders because if all is lost avz might not trade again. Thats the problem with only having one project. It's taken many large cap raising to get to this point and shareholders will pay a large price for failure
Hopefully something good will happen eventually
