This letter is dated and formally submitted. the ICC will see this and there is no doubt with this letter that the zinjin case is void. This only leaves Comminiere position that it wasnt informed of finances, activities etc. I trust AVZ has documentation.

- the only question that remais is how far does the curroption go and can the DRC get away with level of curroption? I expect there is too many eyes on them now and ultimately it will come back to by-the-books.

Will DRC follow ICC rulings? What will happen to international investment into the DRC if they down? What about world-bank funding? Can Felix win a re-election campaign with this funding cut? Will the new canidate run on a policy of curroption or cleaning up? If cleaning up, this is the primary example for him/her and equally for felix to sign-off before November; or face a very bad election...

Comminiere have no chance at ICC they illegally sold 15% to Chinese and 5% to MMCS leaving 5% to be able to cede to DRC .
Mining code states specifically that comminiere need to cede 10% to the Gov.
Making contracts on the run without any respect for the law .
How will ICC view such a situation ?
