Jin Cheng directly stated in its submission to the ICC that the 850m damages its claiming would be in regards to the 'loss of its investment in the Project, its loss of opportunity, and its loss of future profit'. So AVZ were seemingly mistaken is assessing the damages claim purely against its percentage to come up with an alleged value JC placed on the project.
