Contentious as it is at the moment I personally would accept $3.50 per share for my holding on the condition that it is a full t/o with all conditions completely terminated and no strings attached. One nether knows it may even wake up the USA to make a counter offer. A nice clean break as mentioned I believe is in the best interests of most shareholders.
