    Dathcom did ratify the sale - but illegally, after they got a DRC judge to convene an emergency board meeting saying we were ingoring their requests to convene a board meeting. Shady as hell! It was these minutes that AVZ unsuccessfully tried to expunge, and which got our man charged in absentia for allegedly altering the share record. Shows how valid the DRC judicial system is and how easy it was for our opponents to subvert it!
