Its a bit of a concern regarding the above tweet ,I am just trying to make sense of it

Picture the DRC sitting at the table with the US and EURO interested parties,I will exclude the chinses for obvious reasons

Ok Mr DRC we are willing to invest billions of dollars into Monono but before we do can you prove to us you have the goods in the ground so we can complete our due diligence

Mr DRC mmmmmmmm just give us a minute or two ,so what option do we take from below

1 Give them the AVZ DFS
2 Give them the AVZ DFS but white out the company logo
3 Take the AVZ DFS and just copy it in French and pretend AVZ doesn't exist
4 Just make shit up and hope for the best

Mr DRC decides to give them option 3

The US and EURO interested parties come back and ask why option 3 is exactly the same as a DFS already provided to the market by an Australian company called AVZ

MR DRC its just a coincidence honest

US and EURO companies,if we invest billions will you treat us the same way you are treating AVZ

Mr DRC ,no idea what you are talking about

US and EURO companies if we go ahead will we be liable due to the fact AVZ has a currently registered claim in the US court system
