We have a majority percentage of Dathcom and frustratingly, all this litigation mess/palava causes a halt to progressing this project.
I just don't understand why the President or the MoM never communicate publicly what is the actual cause of the protracted ML delay. I know the MoM blames the AVZ/Cominiere relationship for the delay, but surely she should publicly comment to the citizens of the DRC, the current state of play.
The avenues of corruption with regard this mess must surely be at an end because of the imminent litigation.
Anyone with half intelligence and the power these two (President and MoM) have, would conclude, that with elections coming up, we should resolve this mess now, to our mutual advantage?
AVZ/Dathcom never seem to be publicly discussed by these two.
What is their problem?
