In other words, how many other DRC's are out there?

I can think of one that comes close - Afghanistan - one of these countries where the government is more concerned with denying their female-citizens what we take for granted - the right for education, freedom of movement, the privilage of possessing a driver's licence, etc.

What about Iran where woman have to be wrapped up in rags from head to toe otherwise they will be picked-up off the street and taken for some "educational" session from which they come back with injuries or don't come back at all.

And your point? The fact of the matter is that the DRC is not dependent on AVZ to mitigate its capital requirements for infrastructure. If you cannot understand that this is about the IMF, DRC. AVZ, proves my point about the majority of posts and posters do not either have an understanding and - or are not capable of grasping reality.

And believe it or not, this is about, surprise, surprise, AVZ - DRC - IMF.

Again I reiterate, quite embarrasing.

However, keep grasping at straws. Who knows, you might actually come up with a great idea someday.

But until then, maybe there is hope.
