Via Congo Resources SAU (CRS a state owned subsidiary in which AJN will acquire 100% interest in) will have 100% ownership of an exploration permit which covers the northern section of the Manono pegmatite (surface area of 70 km2).
(This is the northern section of Exploration Permit 13359.)
With the proviso 'Subject to transfer ALL licenses to CRS and receipt of all regulatory approvals.'


Maybe this explains why Klaus Eckhof is trying to make a connection with Racist and AVZ in the AFR.
He has a very distinct involvement (he hopes) in CdL.

Now he sees it is a 'no go' situation, because the northern section of 13359 has again become one with the southern section, he makes a last attempt to throw any dog poo into the equation.

Let's face it if the southern section is worth, before the drilling update, US$ 5.6 Billion, according to Zijin's and Cominière's damages claim, it is definitely worth the try.

Don't forget Klaus is an opportunist as we have experienced.
