As of May 2nd 2024 the company gets delisted, and unless recapitalised and listed the value will be written down to cash backing.

At the rate directors are burning cash you would hope this is sorted asap. As much as you want to be aussies and stop the pesky Chinese, time is not on your side now.

The uncertainty of ownership needs clarity. We keep hearing of conferences, off market buys, EGM’s the latest one now. It’s all fluff until the company trades again.

The companies been suspended 450 days + but the real issue will be in 270 days, the company needs to trade in that time otherwise it’s pack up shop and be delisted.
