I do understand that the DRC must be free carried 10% in all mining operations within their country

I also understand their have been leaked document in which certain companies have expressed their wishes in aligning with cominiere in a different venture to the dathcom JV.

if you possess more information on cominiere and what they want do and how they want to achieve remaining part of the group controlling the lease please do share.

an explanation on how this would be achieved following the mining code of the DRC and the JV agreement of dathcom would also be most appreciated.
