The Kimberley Process (KP) unites administrations, civil societies, and industry in reducing the flow of conflict diamonds - ‘rough diamonds used to finance wars against governments’ - around the world.

So there are quite a number of sources which suggest that Paul Mabolia Yenga is focused on good governance and certainly has more integrity than Jean Felix Mupande (not hard). These sources also seem to reinforce the fact that he has quite a close alignment with the Minister of Mines.

The defining moment came when the President said all stakeholders have to work with AVZ management not the other way around. That in itself tells you who he has favoured to advance Monono.
