so much has already been written that it is almost impossible for the many shareholders to understand where who is spreading what truths or untruths.we should always always wait for news from our company before we tear each other apart or spread mutual panic.there is now a new contribution from the Congo, against everything we have received as a communication from the company. The fact is that we have received reports to date that avz holds a 75% share. This 75% share is said to have been reduced by 15% be because comm made an illegal deal with zijin. this was and is the basis of our current dispute. for avz, dathcom is in court against the illegal activities in september.the latest contribution writes something completely different and it reads that comm assumes that it will hold a 100% stake and wants to start a jv with zijin in order to completely sell avz. only the whole thing has a few snags. at the beginning of this year it was confirmed that avz has fulfilled all regulations and requirements to hold a secure 60% stake. Furthermore, to date, everything related to the development of the project has been negotiated with avz as the main owner and all acceptance contracts have been concluded. (offtakes) don't you think that cath, for example, knows exactly who you have to negotiate with in order to get into the project? why has nothing ever been reported by comm, let alone why has comm never been negotiated with? dathomir appears here as a secondary shareholder and since 2017 not a word has been said about the fact that avz is not the boss. since then 100 million have flowed into the project, all of which came from avz. nobody had any indication of an owner named comm .the cami came together with avz to talk about the ML and to clarify ownership claims.the cami promised to examine the case.the cami is the highest authority to clarify our problem. everything that has now been added to the information must first be confirmed as to whether this is all true and i will definitely wait for an announcement from our company.the numbers, machinations and percentages do not fit any of the scenarios we have. nobody negotiated with comm, but only with avz and that's a fact.

G'day BEO - Just wanted to clarify your information, i know it's coming from a good place but it is incorrect.

AVZ has good legal title over 75% of the project via ownership in the DATHCOM JV.

60% undisputed

15% disputed by Dathomir (Simon Cong), AVZ fulfilled it's agreement and made payment for the 15% from Dathomir but Dathomir did a backflip once they understood the DFS and the value in the ground and are trying to retrospectively dispute their sale agreement

15% is still in negotiations/dispute and this is with Cominiere, AVZ has the first right of refusal to purchase the 15%.

In a perfect world we come out of this with 90% (we would need to pay Cominiere for the 15%) and then sell a portion to CATH so we can finally get on with the project.
