    If Peter (Fat tail holdings pty Ltd) had 40m shares as you’ve quoted he would own around 1.2% of AVZ.

    The AVZ announcement states Fat tails ownership of just 0.14% which equates to only 5m shares. That’s stuff-all, there are plenty of retail shareholders with much more significant interest in the company than this guy.
