    MMGA has no intention to get ML for AVZ. MMGA does not stand for Make AVZ Great Again or Make Manono Great Again with AVZ. MMGA is here only to undermine AVZ.

    Every AVZ shareholder should vote.
    Vote for the candidates recommended by the incumbent BOD.
    Vote for other candidates might spread the votes, create division and chaos. That's their plan.
    Chaos within AVZ will slow down the process of MOU.
