The Current board has been given clear instruction that it needs to resolve the impasse with the JV partners (see ASX press release dated 6 Feb 2023) but has not been able to.

Indeed, the relationship with its JV partners has deteriorated further with AVZ resorting to suing both its JV partners and the DRC Government.
