Do you think announcing to shareholders that a Director, even when the Director/Company believes it's a
vexatious/frivolous outcome of a "criminal" matter, this information should have been disclosed.

That is certain a moment to "inform the public of every move and countermove."

Notwithstanding whatever legal applications to set aside the DRC's in absent finding of criminal guilt against Avz BoD and Dathcom Director Graeme Johnston, this non-disclosure by AVZ, an Australian company controlling the "world's largest hard rock lithium deposit" is inexcusable.

November 2nd (2023) announcement disclosing this information at a time the current BoD faces "imminent" pushback by shareholders, is not a good look.

Hearing exactly how the current BoD intend to address attendee's at the November 23rd AGM, exactly how it seeks to navigate its way out of this shit show is one thing.

I for one, will be very interested to hear why the company failed to disclose that on or about 24 December 2021, the Criminal Court in Lubambashi handed down a judgement against Dathcom and Mr Graeme Johnston.

Even in light the November 2nd announcement indicates its a case of going through the motions and this matter will be set aside, the fact it occurred is "actionable intel" and far from "gossip" as you put it.
