In the interests of parity, perhaps you should ask the current board to "put a number on the page" with:
1) When does the current BoD anticipate the company will secure the ML, (and "imminent" isn't a number on the page)
and
2) What indication on the share price does the current BoD give once the ML has been secured.
Unless you are prepared to ask this...... how serious are you?
