Having said all the things above, at the end of the day a deal has to be cut to get progress moving. I posted as such in Post #: 68238020. It remains unclear to me how that deal would be cut, but clearly all parties need to concede something, and what that something is I don't know. The only positive I could see out of the last AVZ ANN was their willingness to 'negotiate'.
