    $avz are clearly negotiating with the compentant DRC politicians (not Simon Cong or Kibeya)

    and are open to negotiations with Cong on the 15%.

    What on earth would a new board bring besides delays, disruption and a suspect conflict of interest issue?

    what can MMGA actually do to help $avz shareholders?
