The Annual General Meeting is an invitation only event for Shareholders. If MMGA advocates are not current shareholders there is no place for them at the meeting regardless of whether they are seeking a position on the Board.
I hope our Management has people at the door to validate Shareholders on the registry and to block All non holders from attending. Lets face it there were many shareholders who couldn't attend the Roadshows held in Capital cities around the country over 12 months ago, so why permit non holders to attend our AGM. Their only motivation would seem to be to add further disruption to the normal business of the meeting.
