Hi John
The problem is that the Chinese are going to get it, the bod have got themselves into this mess and there are no solutions even with litigation in our favour because the rule of law over their holders are finding and going to find out it doesn’t exist…
what’s in it for the inners and power elite is all that matters and the Chinese know who they are, have the channels to who they are and the structure to launder the money to those people, Avz do not, they tried half arse with a mill given to a deal maker but it proved he didn’t know shit..
This is going to be a long drawn out saga, 18 months in and the game hasn’t even started, funding, delisting all awaits and who is going to bet against a corrupt force in a delisted stock? Not many is my guess or the company will be worthless to shareholders if they go down that path as bigger chunks of assurities will have to be given away..
We are entitled to opinions and the AGM with limited questions and pre-made answers would leave most holders feeling underwhelmed unless holding to much emotion for the risk..
Which ever way you read the play, look ahead it does not look good, not good at all
